So the main scripts around the plugin are behaving themselves. I think
the issue now is that /usr/share/InguzEQ has not been created.

I don't know how you created the folder, but the steps should be
something like this

cd /usr/share
sudo mkdir InguzEQ

-- you may get prompted for your password

sudo chmod 777 InguzEQ

then check that the folder has been created.

If it has you should probably restart lms
