You did something wrong but the server log is not helpful. Check that you correctly renamed Plugin.pm.txt to Plugin.pm (case sensitive) in the plugin directory. If you can't spot the problem, send me a "ls -l" output of the directory contents. In the meantime, you can test with the previous version after setting the Squeeze Ctrl options from my last post.
