It sounds as though you don't have the player's audio settings set
correctly. See the notes from my previous post:
- The player's "Volume Control" LMS Audio option must be set to
"Output level is fixed at 100%" for the Zone menu to appear.
This is required in order for the zone volumes to be individually
controllable..
