Thank you.  I have used the flac transcode (similar to yours above,
exactly :))  and it does work.  The only thing I find is the gapless and
track gain is not supported properly (small pause) if I understand the
documentation for UPnP plugin says basically use PCM to access those
features and the PCM format seems to works well with all my players.
