I don't really care about libdca, but it is a dependency of a package that I
care about (handbrake).

In fact, this is not exactly specific to libdca at all, but handbrake is
churning a lot patches to third parties and it is great that you people
uploaded a newer version to the archive (hey, bob deinterlacing FTW!), but I
wonder how much work we should be putting in pushing those packages to
handbrake's upstream projects.
