To clarify, I mean 'Maintainer', and this would be identical to how the
PostgreSQL packages in Debian are currently maintained:

Maintainers for postgresql are Debian PostgreSQL Maintainers
<pkg-postgresql-pub...@lists.alioth.debian.org>.
