Great idea!! As a part of advocacy perhaps we in the community should add "training" as one of the things we do. I'm sure some of us have done training before but if we mobilize this effort more formally from within, we could quickly have quite a bit of "trainers" once we decide how to divide up the knowledge (i.e. training levels).
