YUM using what repo's?

From command line what does pg_config show?

Have you looked in:

/usr/pgsql-11/share/extension/

to see if file actually exists or that the directory exists?

    If the above is the case then:

    1) How did you install Postgres, package or source?

    2) If package, from where?

    3) What does pg_config show in the CONFIGURE section?
