I use Teamviewer Quicksupport to occasionally look remotely at PCs for others, you can install the standard version to run permanently etc subject to your work's firewall & security policies permitting that. The Linux version is usually one step behind, so using v8 from https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/dyngate.aspx would allow you to access it from Linux or Windows remote computers.
