Yeah, that is probably the way to go. I wrote this message to their support just now: "Hello, as I am completely satisfied with the laptop itself(minus the pixel part), perhaps I could get partial refund/discount for the pixel part? I would like to receive reasonable discount for faulty screen(1 dead pixel), which is probably not enough for screen replace, but is not tolerable for full price/working order laptop. I am using this laptop as reference: http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/FO_-_Toshiba_Satellite_Pro_A200GE-24S-Core2DuoT5450_1.66GHz_-_1_Dead_pixel_23329-PSAE7E-01V010EN/version.asp P.S Attaching photo computer screen showing black page. Dead pixel is white-ish and is clearly visible on all brightness settings on gray-black background. e.g when watching movies/playing games." http://imgur.com/pFbTGeo On Mon, Jul 29, 2013 at 12:15 PM, Mark Rogers <m...@quarella.co.uk> wrote: > On 29 July 2013 11:08, Phil Thompson <p...@yarwell.demon.co.uk> wrote: > > > > Laptops direct have a no quibble return policy [...] that says > > "With our no quibble return policy you can send it back to us and get a > > full refund up to 7 days after you've received your order.
