Hello,

I would like to about returns policy in England.
Two Days ago(26/07/2013), I have bought a laptop from store called Laptops
Direct(LaptopsDirect.co.uk).

It wasn't until now, that I have spotted dead pixel on the screen, right in
the middle.
And now I am stuck and unsure what to do next. Should I contact Laptops
Direct? Or ACER? Or what? Do they have right to charge me extra if I will
return the laptop as faulty? What are my options at this point?
