I assume that I can find a description of the tests/inspections on the web somewhere. Where can I get suitable stickers/paperwork from? Would I count as "competent person"? I'm not an electrician but I do have an engineering degree and trained as an engineer in the aircraft industry (although that's several decades ago). I also ran an vehicle design and development team in the '80s.
