Having a master phone/ADSL filter can eliminate any noise generated throughout the house. Although, if it's new phone wiring and you have installed filters on all phone sockets (regardless if they're used for ADSL), the noise shouldn't be that bad ... just thinking aloud. If you've covered those bases, keep pushing with BT.
