I have to say, the /one/ drawback of working at the BBC is almost everyone top 
posts, almost everyone uses Outlook, and almost everyone just leaves a massive 
long tail of neglected previous replies trailing off down-screen, usually with 
half a metric ton of signature attached. All for one sentence of useful content.

...and the second most is that someone *else* has to try and make sense of the 
*context* of your reply.
