Hi all, I work at a historic house, and yesterday we noticed a swarm of subterranean termites inside the house in two rooms. This is the first time (in decades) that we've had a swarm. Our exterminator suggests using Phantom insecticide around the exterior perimeter of the historic house vs. using Termidor. Is one preferred over the other? Is Phantom okay to use on the exterior?
