I didn't go through stats for the whole building, but rather chose one floor that has a lot of people on it. During the work-from-home phase of the pandemic we did see about a 33% reduction in trapped pests. What's weird is it is made up almost entirely of booklice. Once people started showing back up to work the numbers have increased to their pre-pandemic levels.
