我想，应该是我的数据库连接部分出现问题了。我不知道你用的是什么数据库，我用的是Oracle，你用的是MySQL 吗？我的OTRS在连接Oracle数据库进行部分操作的时候，例如Insert操作，总会出现错误提示。好像说多了''号。
