We're still working that out, but at this point we're thinking of a
Greenstone repository that would hold email, released versions of
MARC/Perl, changesets from the CVS repositories, and historical
articles and narratives.  Users of the archive would be able to search
the email and (as time and data munging permit) travel from an email
discussing a feature to the changeset that actually implemented it.
