Unfortunately I don't have a copy of it anymore, but you can probably
find it in a library collection near you.

It seems that the archives for the original list at vims.edu are no
longer available. You might be able to contact Chas McFadden (chuck at
vims dot edu) and see if he might have a copy of it still available
somewhere.
