Generally when I think of dehydrated milk I think of the powdered

We're the worlds best at making milk powder - it's one of the
staples of our economy. I recently heard that something like 50% of
all the milk powder that China imports comes from NZ.

The problem I have with this is that the local price of dairy
products started to skyrocket a few years back.

I tried all kinds of powdered milk trying to find one that would
reconstitute into something fit to drink. I'm pretty sure some of them
were imports.

All of them had that powdered milk taste & there just ain't any way to
get rid of it.
