If the aperture blades are noticeably slow, the lens is worthless
without investing in a CLA, and even then it may be useless depending on
the cause of the problem.  You have no way of knowing how slow the
blades are, or if they are slow a consistent amount at each exposure and
at each aperture.  IOW, it's junk unless you can get inside, determine
the cause, and repair the problem.
