I did try it in black and white, actually - didn't like it.

I can't see the color noise myself unless I magnify the photo greatly.. that is - I had no idea until someone pointed it out that it was noisy...

In January I'm getting my eyes checked - its been about 10 years

but for a BW conversion would fix that. Color noise renders to mere grain in BW.

This is one time I should have put a small light frame around the photo - given 
my preferred gallery background settings... I'll do it at some point.

This was in a church in Brooklyn where I went to photograph 3 works by Shozo 
Nagano for a gallery in New Orleans, for Shozo's estate.
