My husband is looking at the micro 4/3 as the ultimate carry-everywhere digicam. He has been wanting a digi with full manual control for quite some time, so he's very keen on these little cameras. The G1's shutter preview, in particular, sounds very useful.
I also like the idea of two or three reputable "non-third-party" camera companies putting out lenses for the same mount. It's an interesting way for them to compete with the big boys. Nate is right now trying to convince me to get a G1 instead of the D90 I want. :) I imagine we'll be starting a micro 4/3 system within a year.
