Don't know how accurate this is, but I have heard about a photog that would give his clients the means to get prints done at labs and then encouraged them to do so. He would then turn around and sue the labs for copyright violations. Pretty low, if really true.
Of course, in this instance the lab is not breaking copyright, since the person making the print has been given permission to do so, Low is one thing, being a member of the moronity commuity is something else entirely.
