He was charged with, and found guilty of, a Breach of the Peace. Nothing whatsoever to do with photographing a vomiting woman, except that the initial act probably caused mayhem and consternation amongst her friends who apparently had an altercation with the man. We don't know the details here, only what's in the newspaper report.
