that guy was from Poland where drunk people are so numerous you find them on youtube more often than not . I don't think he realized but , honestly would _you_ go and shoot anybody being sick with your mobile phone and a flash and right under her nose ?????? it's not the photo that's shocking , its the way it was taken ...
as for the woman,  she should give up drinking! lol

I don't think it's exactly a legal precedent.

Like most legal matters in the papers, it's very poorly reported.
They don't say, but it appears that he pleaded guilty, a plea of
convenience at that.

Besides, it's just Scotland...

I'm not too worried.
