And, according to other bulletins, denied responsibility... The Taliban
government in Afghanistan has condemned the attacks, so have Arafat. Please
be cautios about speculating - anything seems to be possible. All that seems
to be clear is that this horrific attack was well organized and well
planned, making it even more evil.
