I just checked the B&H web site to see if the black Limited lenses had
come in. They haven't, but a number of the FA* lens prices have dropped
dramatically:
          FA* 200mm f/2.8 dropped from $1,039.95 to $854.95
          FA* 28-70mm f/2.8 dropped from $1,064.95 to $979.95
          FA* 80-200mm f/2.8 dropped from $1,674.95 to $1,299.95
     Additionally, a number of prominent FA lenses have also dropped:
          FA 100mm f/2.8 macro dropped from $559.95 to $489.95
          FA 135mm f/2.8 dropped from $349.95 to $309.95
     The price drop has been selective. Less than half the Pentax lenses
show price reductions! In the past such price drops have either been made to
bring Pentax lens prices in line with the competition or to reduce stocks
prior to the release of new lenses.
     With the release of the MZ-S and rumors of an updated LX, could Pentax
be considering releasing a new series of lenses? Possibly expanding the
Limited lens line? (Hey, I'm running a fever and not thinking clearly, humor
me!)  :->
