No one likes to think about the horror that must sometimes be done. Everyone
always hopes that a less disgusting solution will present itself. I
currently hold on to hope that it will, but as each day passes, I loose this
hope.

To me that's just so many meadow muffins.
We may still need a reprise of the Crusades (except with no Christian
banners,) to finally wipe them out.
Two salient facts, one is you MUST wipe the extremist, fatalistic
Muslims out, or like Medusa, they keep growing back:
Are you prepared to kill women, children and babies too? Because if you
kill a muslim, extremist, fatalistic his children will just have something
to get extremist fatalistic about. You want to "wipe them out"? you
can't.
and you can't kill someone's father or mother and then "educate" him to
not
want to kill you. you'll just have to kill the child too and make sure he
doesn't have a brother, sister, cousin or even. hell, a third cousin twice
removed....
I didn't want to get involved in this conversation... but there, I've gone
and done it....
