I don't know if it is the correct term or not. No, I don't have a web link for it. It is a technique I used extensively when I was shooting commercial. Toss a 30M filter onto the lens, and a 30G filter onto the flash, then balance the intensity of the flash to the ambient. It takes away the transition from flash to green in florescent conditions, and allows flash to be used in industrial settings which don't have the most flattering lighting, with seamless lighting from subject to background.
