I think I would spell your name as Tania just like I spell name of my daughter Galia. I think that naming your business "Tany(j/i?!)a Mayer Photography" has certain appeal. It is right down to the point. It is you and it is your photography. So I think unless you have very concrete and very good reason to change it, it might stay as it is just as well. It is worth checking what other businesses around you may have Mayer in their name. You know, just to avoid odd connotations with, let us say, a local plumber... No offence to plumbers though.
