Not even 1mp Bob.
In 1997 there were 3 digital Kodak cameras available in ThunderBay
Ontario.I bought the middle one the DC25.It was,IIRC,373x478
pixels. My cost at the time was $525 Can including taxes, and they
sold well.The 2mb card cost $100.00 and the last 128meg card i
bought cost $109.For that money now you can get a pretty good P&S
digital,or for that matter a MZ-7 kit up here,and change back<g>
Seems the prices dont change much but you can now get more bang for
your buck.

Remember when 1MP was the rage?
There will be those who will opt for the highest resolution
digital
cameras - regardless of cost - just to have them.
