I don't use the rear AF either :) On another note, a member posted about the Mini Trekker being great, as long as you don't have big lenses. You can buy the proper sliplock lens case, for my 400mm, I use the #4. I have a #1, don't need it. On the other side I have the sliplock S&F Bottle Bag.
