Hi Brad, So far when I've tried it it hasn't refocussed. Don't really use the back button anyway now that I've found the "point" at which you stop. I just depress it lightly as there is no feedback on the button and I guess my finger just does it from memory. I'm a bit stuck for FA lenses at the moment as the 2 I ordered will take another month from Japan, but next week I going to shop that only deals in pentax equipment...wish me luck
