Add as much memory as you can afford! At least 256MB is good.

The only drawback with the current Windows 2000 / Photoshop 6.0 is
that before Adobe releases a service pack, Photoshop memory use
must be set to 30% of total RAM... otherwise you'll get troubles... argh.
