Dane, I have tried it and I am not trying to yell here.
I've tried to figure it out until i'm blue in the face. it's not
working. I don't get it.
what or how do I make it work?

By default if you wish to skip tracks with VLC under Windows I think
you need to use the Ctrl-Alt-Left and right to go back and forward
through tracks respectively so you may need to do some fancy work
with your Screen Reader or press the Bypass next key combination to
