Its about $4-500 new -- I bought it many years ago and kept upgrading the thing. Version 6 first started the dongle and version 7 and onward is available for both Windows and the Mac. I tried version 8 on Windows 8 briefly, but got no place at all, and now I am not allowed to try the Mac one. Even the upgrade price is $200 or thereabouts.
