Although it takes a couple extra steps, I can use the AOL Radio and
Shoutcast TV sections with Window Eyes.

Only certain parts of the library are not accessible. The on line parts
which throw up a web like interface are pretty tough to work with.
Things like bookmarks, local media, podcasts, portable media players and
so on are reasonably accessible with JAWS and NVDA. Probably Window Eyes
and System Access as well, but I don't use those screen readers myself.

All Winamp versions are accessible. Use the classic skin.
The latest version is probably 5.621 as Chris says...I have 5.61
myself and I thought that was the most recent. It shouldn't really
matter too much in any case; most of the changes will be minor.
Ninite is great, but winamp is easily installable as is. Just download
from winamp.com

www.ninite.com/winamp.
The latest and greatest will work providing you tell Winamp
to use the
classic and not the modern skin.
