That is not uncommon for these transmitters. Professional fm stations have equipment to compress the sound before it gets to the transmitter which makes it louder than it would otherwise be. The C. Crane cannot possibly compete with that. On Jan 8, 2010, at 10:21 PM, Tom Kaufman wrote:
