Hi, Jim,

If the files are MP3 then MP3DirectCut should work. It's free. you can google it for a download site.

A ffellow named Rob did some audio tutorials on using it. They can be downloaded at

Hi there,

I am in quick need of obtaining a simple to use audio editing program. I
make many recordings on a Zoom h2, and there are things in those recordings
that I either need to edit or modify just a bit.

For instance, there's a song that I need to edit, and there's a little space
where there's a pause where someone forgot to play, so I'd like to cut that
out. Otherwise, it would be perfect.

What program is there for this, and how expensive would it be?

I also need it to be JAWS friendly.

Thanks.

Jim
