Tom I think we need to distinguish between informational podcasts and programs from those geared at entertainment only (music shows come to mind in this latter category). Most of the objections seem directed at this last type of promotion which, needless to say, is the most prevalent kinds of announcements seen on the ad lists. Can anyone suggest a source for this kind of news that doesn't carry the kind of baggage that bothers most folks. Or perhaps a slight revision of Pc-Audio guidelines might take care of that.
