Hi John Oh! Man! How do I clean the lens? Is there a lens cleaner that goes in to the drive? Thanks bunches!

The laser lens maybe dirty or there maybe some kind of a technical problem going on with it. Try cleaning the lens first. If that doesn't work, you may have to replace the drive with a new one.
