Hi everyone. I do not have a TV in my room and would like to be able to listen to TV programming on my PC. I am totally blind, so I could even do without the picture. I am getting digital cable on Saturday and am wondering if there is a way to have the programming go through my PC instead of buying a TV. I have a TV tuner card, RADEON X800, but I am not sure if it can be used with a cable box. I know the Slingbox is one option, but I'm wondering if I can get away with spending less money to get this done.
