Hi Robert, The libraries are partially correct, but, as part of their contract with NetLibrary, they should be entitled to technical support. Through that channel, the IT dpeartment of your library should be contacting NetLibrary to see about fixing it in a future update of the service, at a minimum. Just like most people, it sounds like the library folks just want to take the easy way out and get away with doing nothing.
