I don't know how useful this will be but I found this on sale at a best buy store. If you go to www.motorola.com you should be able to find info on their mp3 players. As far as ff and rw in files goes there's no audio feedback, so I just had to get used to the time I held the joystick in the ff or rw position. There's a bookmark feature for multiple bookmarks but if all you want the player to do is remember where you left off in a file it does that without you doing anything. It is audible ready, but I only use it for netlibrary or overdrive audio books.
