Hey Steve,

I find I can get used to Studio 4's mic delay, especially since I have been 
able to bring the buffer down from 500 to 300 ms.  It really isn't bad, 
certainly compared to the functionality you get in their latest version. 
I'm a newbie broadcaster, but, man, I'm lovin' this.
