I guess some accessibility is better than none with regard to that
audible peak level indicator.

I was thinking of how to make the icon on the screen which tells you
your recorded insert is about to finish and it's time to start talking
again.  I don't think either Window-Eyes or JAWS has a hyperactive
graphic mode, where, when the graphic changes, the screenreader
announces its new status.  If so, then I need to learn how to use it
quickly.
