Hi Steve,

I haven't found that I miss that icon.  I just make sure I know my inserted 
material before I start recording a show.  I thus play things like that by 
ear.  All the same, I definitely do not consider myself to be anything close 
to a professional broadcaster, so this is probably more important in that 
context.
