If you already own a copy of goldwave, there's no reason not to use it for this project, especially as it has the recursive functionality I think you were asking about earlier. But, If you don't already have Goldwave, I'd recommend using the file converter that is part of Easy CD-DA Extractor; depending on currency fluctuations, it's registration fee is significantly less than Goldwave's.
