Can you pass the <interface/> part of your domain XML for the ovs bridge?
Also, can you please enable the debug logs and paste the appropriate error
message reported by ovs-vsctl? Meanwhile, I've fixed libvirt and with next
release the error messages will be passed to users
automatically:
